Encore!

Let’s get moving!

At Triple E, our aim is to establish a supportive social environment for young people with disabilities, fostering education, encouragement, and empowerment. Our weekly dance sessions, held every Saturday, are designed as a sensory-based dance program for individuals of all abilities. Tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant, the program focuses on building confidence, improving motor and social skills, enhancing mental health, and providing a fun and accessible exercise outlet for young people with disabilities.

Our program has been meticulously crafted in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, physiotherapists, music therapists, speech therapists, and experienced support workers who serve as positive role models. The cost to attend is $25 an hour, or $50 a session. Transportation to and from home, school, or alternative programs is provided, alleviating the need for additional support workers. Our hourly rates are $51.59 on Saturdays for transport services.

We believe that participation in our dance sessions can have a lasting positive impact on young people with disabilities. Beyond the physical benefits of exercise, our program helps to foster a sense of community, belonging, and achievement. We prioritise individualised support, ensuring that each participant receives the attention and care they need to reach their full potential. By offering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment, we strive to build confidence, promote social connections, and enhance the overall well-being of every participant.
