These sessions are tailored to suit all abilities, helping you feel stronger, more confident, and mentally refreshed. Whether you're working toward specific fitness goals or just looking to move your body in a positive, supportive space—Maddy’s here to guide you every step of the way.

These sessions are NDIS claimable, so your path to better health is both accessible and affordable.

Join Maddy for only $67.56 per hour per participant. This includes fully personalised training, goal tracking, and dedicated support focused entirely on you.
